Abstract


As the domestic economy grows.A modern enterprise can use the third-party logistics services getting highly efficient supply chain system,higher rate of return on capital,lower capital investment,reducing logistics costs and improving inventory turns to provide customers with more value-added services.The key to to improve the quality of third-party logistics service is choosing the right partners.In this paper,we make use of the bidding research and mathematical method to build the model.We analysis the the process of the Jing Brand Company Ltd.selecting the best third-party logistics providers.First of all,we give the research significance of the AHP and fuzzy evaluation method,analysis the research-related subject at home and abroad.In the second chapter,we introduce the steps to implement the bidding research,according to the above discussion,in practice,based on the logistics side of price fluctuations,we determine a general price range,and make use of it as preliminary screening.When third-party logistics providers offer price in this range,considering it as candidates,or kick it out.Finally we introduce the basic principles of the AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, applicate the two methods to carry out the qualitative and quantitative analysis on third-party logistics providers. Finally, through application of the case Jing Brand company Ltd. selecting third-party logistics providers noting that the choice of method is effective,and provide a quantitative scientific and practical methods for Jing Brand company Ltd.
