Abstract


Government investment in construction projects is the main driving force to promote the development of the national economy , related to the vital interests of the people , the traditional management model has always been difficult to adapt to the development of the government investment projects , the the emerging construction system also exposed many problems in the actual application process how to improve project management model has become an important issue in the government investment in construction projects . The drawbacks of traditional management model for government investment projects in China , the introduction of the the CM project management mode . The article starts by describing the basic theory of the CM mode , and CM mode Agent System mode do a comparative study and analysis of the superiority of the CM model . By analyzing the main problem of the traditional management model of Chinese government investment in construction projects and Construction Management Mode to study the feasibility and the necessity of a Chinese government investment and construction projects in the application of CM mode for the CM model laid the theoretical foundation for the introduction of government investment in construction projects . The article focuses on the CM pattern of investment and construction projects in the application process of research , including the risks and control the CM 's choice , CM contract entered into CM mode quality , cost and schedule control , and CM management mode . Finally, on the application of the effect of the CM management mode performance appraisal .
