Abstract


American futurist John Nasibite said: \civilization , one of the three pillars of information , the number of independent people , groups, organizations link up to make them as a whole, is the enterprise rapid response capability and core competitiveness of enterprises concentrated expression . As a manager, one of the priorities is to improve communication and satisfaction, enhance communication . Communication Satisfaction manifestations of what ? Chongqing city corporate communication satisfaction is what the situation, how to improve organizations and individuals to improve the efficiency of communication has become a very important topic. In this study, human resource development trends as the background to communicate abroad satisfaction theory, theory of job satisfaction and performance management theory, through the \sampling methods , some enterprises in Chongqing were investigated, including Chongqing enterprises of different ownership employee communication satisfaction, Chongqing enterprise managers at different levels of communication satisfaction, Chongqing enterprises to communicate new and old employees satisfaction , performance management process superiors and subordinates actual willingness to communicate comparative analyzes of Chongqing communication Satisfaction employee status , and from the perspective of organizations and individuals that influenced Chongqing communication Satisfaction employees obstacles , and finally propose targeted Chongqing enterprises to improve communication satisfaction management strategy : organizational structure open flat ; warmth of transparent corporate culture ; management system is fully three-dimensional ; communication channels open efficient ; advanced management concepts humane ; communication style features diverse and positive incentives diversification. Meanwhile, the author constructed based on communication satisfaction optimal performance management process, including the performance plan objectives communication, performance execution counseling communication, performance appraisal interview performance when communication and performance feedback when feedback communication .
