Abstract


With the sustained, stable and healthy development of China's national economy , the housing industry gradually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy . However , due to the Housing Industrialization in China started late, not high degree of industrialization , can not completely meet the needs of the development of the national economy . This paper tightly around the promotion of the housing industry sustained and healthy development of this theme focuses on the analysis of the impact factors from the point of view of the housing industry development , the use of the principle of statistical analysis , impact factors in the housing industry on the basis of in-depth and meticulous research , seek to influence the development of industrialization , the key factors. The paper first reviews and compares the course of the development of the housing industry in China and abroad Housing Industrialization , which elaborated the feasibility of the development of China 's housing industry . Through literature , analysis of the existing problems in the housing industry at this stage , and starting from these issues , the extraction and analysis of 66 factors in the process of development of the housing industry . On this basis , to further explore the practical engineering of various factors in the literature , and their relative degree of importance , this study adopts the methods of empirical research . First, through literature research , proposed two hypotheses . Assumptions and conclusions based on the literature and research design a questionnaire , survey data were analyzed by using principal component analysis method to extract the five critical factors affecting the development of the housing industry , including the industrialization of parts : ① residential system development ; ② housing industry design security system ; ③ The housing industry production organization system ; ④ housing industry development of the market chain ; ⑤ housing industry of the financial system . Finally, to further these key factors are discussed , and propose appropriate development proposals .
