Abstract


Of energy consuming countries, building energy consumption accounts for about 1/4 of the total energy consumption of the community; With the urbanization in China and the rapid development of the real estate industry, environmental protection, resource utilization, energy supply side pressure also increasingly increases. Faced with this situation, the Chinese government attach great importance to the development of green building, and have worked in recent years, and put forward a number of major decisions in the development of green building, the \% and emissions of major pollutants reduced by 10% \But how to effectively promote the development of green building, I think that in addition to the development of relevant policies, evaluation criteria, the perfection of the certification system is also an integral part of the process, a reasonable and efficient certification system will favor encourage developers, construction companies, Architects and other stakeholders involved in green building. Therefore, through the study of how the U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification process, compared to the current certification system in China, pointed out deficiencies in our certification evaluation process or the direction of possible improvements, and to establish and improve the certification system for our reference. The first Green Green Current Evaluation System of systems discussed the situation of the domestic green building development, mainly from the policies, practices, and green building rating system to analyze and summarize put forward our existing in the development of green building constraints. This article focuses on the more popular abroad Green Building Rating System study abroad, as the British BREEAM, LEED, Canada and many other countries participate in the GBC, the common ground and the limitations of the analysis of the evaluation system, and found that the study of foreign from the evaluation system of shift to establish identification system. Secondly, the introduction of the LEED evaluation criteria and our green building rating standards development process, and compare the pros and cons of the two standards, and put forward suggestions for improvement of China's green evaluation criteria. Then, the comparative analysis of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and its LEED standard certification process, through the understanding of the USGBC its certification process, in contrast to China's green building rating agencies - Technology Development Promotion Center and its green building evaluation many different points of the process, pointed out that the the USGBC in favorable factors and China to promote the development of green building certification system can perfect place. Finally, on the basis of the previous development direction of China's Green Building Evaluation Standard certification system, mainly to improve the certification system by several aspects: First, the perfection of the Green Building Rating System; Second, policy support; Third, green building promotion; establish green building research, education and qualification certification system; Fifth, effective supervision and management. Through the implementation of the above measures, the truly break away from reliance on foreign standards to evaluate China's green construction, and provide support for the healthy development of the green building in China.
