Abstract


In recent years , China has increased investment in infrastructure , a large number of projects started construction , and has played an important role in promoting social and economic development . With the accelerating process of urbanization , to find a new project management model for government investment in order to adapt to the international development imperative . Reform as the current construction projects in China is an important task , the government investment project management mode reform is of great significance for improving the management of government investment projects . Agent System is an advanced management model for government investment projects , introduce professional management , which greatly improve the efficiency of project management and investment of the whole society . However, Agent System also belongs to the early stages of development , there are still many problems and risks in practice , how to deal with these problems and risks fully play its due role in the Agent System mode is the current urgent need to consider the problem . The paper first introduces the research background , and then on the significance of risk management in the study of government investment projects under Agent Construction Agent System Model related concepts as well as risk management theory , summary and analysis of the domestic and foreign government investment project risk management the course of development of the model . Access to large number of domestic and international information , in accordance with risk identification , risk analysis , risk assessment , risk management logic system , summed up in the generation of projects under construction , the project legal person and on behalf of the built people may encounter various risk factors . Use the methods of risk identification , the possible consequences of the likelihood of the risk factors and risk factors start , analysis , evaluation and classification of risk factors , and these factors hierarchical structure of hierarchical relationship , and then using analytic hierarchy process conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the risk on behalf of the construction project . On this basis , Engineering Insurance and Engineering guarantees basic theory introduced to clarify the establishment and implementation to as the core engineering insurance and Engineering guarantees the agent construction project risk management system to deal with our agent construction project risk in our reality sense , the formation of a more comprehensive risk management system of the project , complete construction system , which reduces the risk of each subject in the implementation of the Construction Management Mode , promote the application of the Construction Management Mode in domestic engineering .
