Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , especially after joining the World Trade Organization , China's actual use of foreign direct investment (FDI) have grown sharply after nearly three decades of development , foreign direct investment in the promotion of economic growth , creating jobs and expand the scale of trade import and export other aspects have a significant contribution . However , from the official published figures showed FDI in the region between the distribution and utilization of the imbalance . A striking feature of the distribution of foreign investment in China is in the eastern provinces of the largest central provinces , followed by the western region at least . This produces a direct consequence of FDI impact on the economy in the domestic provinces and cities of the same . How to make a more reasonable distribution of FDI in China 's space has become the focus of attention of many experts and scholars . The article describes the introduction part of the problem , research questions , background , significance , and research methods ; related theory of the second chapter of FDI made ??a review of the literature and describes the basic theory ; development situation of the Chapter Description FDI in China , the impact on the economy as well as the characteristics of distribution of FDI in China ; fourth chapter focuses on the use of the data model , the specific analysis of the problem of the status quo of the distribution of FDI in China . Finally , the fifth chapter of the status quo for the regional distribution of FDI on the use of foreign capital and reduce regional differences put forward some suggestions . Full use of the 31 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2005 , the data on the basis of quantitative analysis methods , interpretation and regression analysis , the factors affecting the location choice of foreign direct investment in China , 31 provinces and cities of China 's use of foreign capital direct investment performance and the potential for a description of the indexation , and provincial and municipal comprehensive indicator of the performance and potential of the classification .
