The distribution of weight and center of gravity of the offshore oil platform is an important control parameter in the sea during the installation of the platform structure . Platform structures in the manufacturing process by the local modifications , temporary structure factors , however , the final weight of the structure and design of weight often very different , leading to weight control more difficult . In order to increase offshore lifting safety and scientific before offshore installation of the platform structure is necessary structures for accurate weighing . Therefore , the study of automatic weighing systems has important practical significance and value of the works . The weighing system using synchronous lifting of the hydraulic cylinders of the platform structure , the weight and center of gravity of the structure is calculated by the pressure sensor , as well as the coordinates of each leg pile . However, due to the hydraulic system is dead , delay , and other unfavorable factors , to ensure a certain degree of difficulty of the synchronization accuracy of the weighing process . In this paper, the automatic weighing system of multiple hydraulic cylinders synchronization performance requirements , to carry out control strategy of multi- synchronous hydraulic cylinder , the hydraulic system loop under the specific requirements of the premise of the analysis system synchronization performance , design , and the establishment of \the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder based system . And introduce new fuzzy control combined with classic PID synchronization control algorithm on the basis of this model , and analyze the effectiveness of the algorithm . The key findings include: 1 . According to the specific requirements of automatic weighing of large - scale structures , proposed coordinated control of a multi-point automatic weighing exact algorithm and a detailed analysis of the works ; 2 with automatic weighing system PROFI-BUS fieldbus - based automatic load monitoring system ; 3 to the main part of the hydraulic system of automatic weighing basis , the establishment of the hydraulic valve controlled cylinder based on the specific requirements of the monitoring system , detailed design system mathematical model , and simulation matlab simulink toolbox obtained control of the system model ; developed based on a combination of fuzzy logic control theory and conventional PID fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm to adapt to multi- hydraulic cylinder load the uneven conditions under synchronization control. The rationality of the algorithm is verified by experiment .
