Abstract


Based on the center of quality control of bored piles foundation projects , this paper not only introduced the quality management production , development and the newest theory in abroad and home but also analyzed the main problem in the foundation domain of our country and basic characteristic of foundation disposal as well as many links affecting on project quality of foundation disposal. According to work experience that accumulated in foundation disposal enterprise for many years , the bold imagination have been carried out to the reform of project quality management of foundation disposal enterprise as a begin in two aspects that include enterprise managing project quality and project itself managing quality . The active control diagram and system structure of project quality on foundation disposal have been presented from settling the problem of enterprise quality management system to setting up and integrating enterprise quality management system. From the problem of project quality management system to creating modern management system, the present management system have been analyzed and the method have been proposed to create enterprise itself management system and to manage project manager by different sorts. The control method have been presented from dealing with quality problem after project finished to controlling project quality before project beginning, in the course of project carrying on and after project finished. From extensive project quality management to key process management, emphasis process management, the quality management countermeasure have been given. Making the most of modern management means and controlling strictly in the three process of project quality scheme, project quality guarantee and project quality control, the control method have been presented. In the end through real engineering example , the obvious effect of project quality management have been proved adopting this method to disposal foundation and achieve prospective quality requirement as well as better economic effect. The conclusion can be referenced and guided to quality management of other foundation disposal project.
