Abstract

In recent years, with high speed railway passenger special line of the rapid development of high performance concrete is widely used in railway construction, in order to meet passenger special line of normal use and life requirements. Accurate prediction of high performance concrete life, for the durability of the steel structure design and normal use has a very important significance. Combining with the stone is too passenger dedicated line box girders of characteristics and durability requirements, to destroy carbide as the main factors, combined with chloride ion permeability damage, comprehensive cranial measurement service life of the high performance concrete. Specific to the following aspects: 1, on-the-spot investigation, the preparation process for the follow, data acquisition, 2, the use of carbonization influence factors of the diversity and the compatibility of the grey theory, the grey system theory for correlation analysis, from the point of view of the mathematical model of chloride ion under the coupled action of the carbonation depth analysis and forecast; 3, this paper test the high performance concrete using fly ash and mineral powder as the main admixture, through the experimental study on the durability of high performance concrete and the influence of carbonization life; 4, the use of the existing carbon analysis model, through the chloride ion penetration test and rapid carbonization test data, conduct data fitting, the formula is revised, and chloride ion established under the coupled action of new carbon life prediction model.
