Objective:To observe and assess clinical therapeutic effect of high anal fistula by operanding with many radiate incisions add handing on floading line.Methods:The 60 cases of high anal fistula were randomly divided into trials group and controlled group,30 cases in trials group received the modus of operanding with many radiate incisions and keeping skin bridge add handing floadingline,30 cases in controlled group received the modus operandi with incisions and setontherapy.then compare with pare with curative rate,rate of recurrence,treatment course.Complications,sequelae and anal function in two group.Results:The trials group surpass the controlled group in the aspects of the time of the postoperative pain in the following three days after the first day of operation,the time of the healing,complication,sequelae and anal function(P＜0.05),There was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative pain in the first day,curative rate,rate of rcarrence(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The modus of operanding with many radiate incisions add handing on floading line give anal fistula a radical cure.It deplete operationg wound consumedly by windouing and handing on floading line to anal branchs.becouse of the somall wound surface,the sinple change of dressing after the operation and smoothly draining,the time of the healing is shorten consumedly,the postoperative pain and Complications is palliated.this operationg.Because this form of operation gets rid of protopathy thoroughly and depletes the damage of anal sphincter,it pretects ruction of anal sphincter and grow downwards the sequelae.
