Abstract


Objective To evaluate the occurrence acute leukemia treatment prior to disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) . Methods: We analyzed 161 patients with previously untreated leukemia patients clinical coagulation laboratory characteristics . Results: According to the standards set by the international Thrombosis and Haemostasis Committee ( ISTH ) , 71 cases (44.1 % ) were diagnosed as DIC . Characterized by : 1 . Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) , acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) may occur in the early period of the DIC merge high incidence of APL ; 2 . Platelet level limited diagnostic value ; 3 AML patients with DIC more bleeding than ALL patients , PT, Fbg, correction value in patients with DIC (INR) and DD obvious change ; 4 we recommend that all patients with AML before treatment should be routine check the the DIC a full set of ( the coagulation eight )
