Abstract


This article is in the context of the military needs \missile fee structure detailed analysis and cost estimates . Missile available , cost-effective and economic life of the three indicators in-depth study , respectively, to establish the appropriate model . Thus , for the protection of the use of missile weapons , decommissioning , life extension and updated to provide the basis for decision making , ready to meet the demand for combat troops to do the military struggle against independence is extremely important military significance . The details are as follows : 1 -depth analysis of the characteristics of the missile during service protection and life extension technology , the establishment of a comprehensive coverage of the entire cost , the level of clarity and ease of analysis of missile weapons cost structure , as well as based on engineering , analogy , and three parameter method cost estimating model ; 2 . missiles during their service weapons storage natural environment affect the protection of the human factor and maintenance characteristics to establish restoration of degraded reliability model missile regular testing conditions ; 3 missile weapons storage and maintenance of security features , of integrated application missile weapons storage reliability technology , to establish missile weapons transient and steady-state availability model analysis of missile weapons availability of the main factors and the laws change over time ; 4 . missile weapons costs and performance ( detection reliability and maintenance availability ) as the main indicators , cost-effectiveness assessment model to build a missile weapon ; 5. missile cost structure analysis and estimation model , combined with the dynamic programming method to establish yearly comprehensive assessment of the economic life of service missile weapons ; 6 . typical missile weapons targeting carry out the application validation studies to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method . In summary, this study is the formation of the techniques and methods of analysis and evaluation of general reference to missile weapons storage and life extension works to provide decision support technology support for our military missile storage management and life extension projects .
