Abstract


Cortex Ailanthi Simaroubaceae (Simaroubaceae) Ailanthus genus (Ailanthus) dried root bark of the plant Ailanthus (Ailanthusaltissima (Mill.) Swingle) or dry skin , commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine in China , has a heat dampness , astringent ended with antidiarrheal hemostatic efficacy , clinically for the treatment of Chibai vaginal discharge , hot and humid Xie Li , Jiuxie Jiu Li , blood in the stool and uterine bleeding . Of our history has recorded about the Cortex Ailanthi medicinal . Subject to the pre- containing the Cortex Ailanthi compound antineoplastic physiological activity wizard, tracking methods such as chromatography, spectroscopy , separation and identification of the Tsubaki skin of pharmacodynamic substances, aimed at rich Chun skin types of the compounds found the low toxicity efficient antitumor component , is also the foundation of future the Cortex Ailanthi quality standard formulation . This project consists of three parts : Cortex Ailanthi petroleum ether fraction separation and identification of the chemical composition ; piscidinol A in vitro anticancer effect experiments ; HPLC method for the determination of the content of piscidinol A and 20- R - hydroxydammara - 24 - en -3 -one of . System solvent , column chromatography and recrystallization , separated from the the Cortex Ailanthi petroleum ether fraction Four compounds were obtained by various spectral analysis methods combined with references , four compounds were identified as β - Sitosterol ( I ) stigmasterol (Ⅱ), piscidinol A (Ⅲ) and 20- R - hydroxydammara - 24 - en -3 - one ( IV ) . Which compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ from Tsubaki skin for the first time isolated . Reference colon cancer LoVo and CT-26 cell line the preliminary piscidinolA vitro anticancer effect experiments , found piscidinol A on these two tumor cell in vitro to inhibit the growth trend . The first isolated Tsubaki skin piscidinol A and 20- R - hydroxydammara - 24 - en -3 -one using HPLC method of determination. The created content measurement method is accurate , sensitive , and laid the foundation for the future the Cortex Ailanthi quality standards to develop and improve .
