Abstract


Department of the thesis on \on the use of modern pharmaceutical technology, to explore traditional Chinese medicine formula particles instead of the traditional decoction scientific, feasibility and existing problems, to provide a basis for the further industrialization of Chinese medicine formulations particles and wide application. The focus of this thesis, Chuanxiong formula particulate pharmaceutical research, and includes Chuanxiong formula particle preparation process, quality standards, the initial stability, efficacy equivalence, acute toxicity studies. Chuanxiong formula particles made by a the Chuanxiong single herb processing, according to the physical and chemical properties of the active ingredient and modern pharmacological research and clinical needs, multi-index comprehensive survey of process parameters determine the the Chuanxiong recipe particles.
