Objective: using acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, hoping to find a new effective and safe treatment method. Methods: the patients with psoriasis vulgaris 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 26 cases and cases in treatment group, the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment group, the Chinese traditional medicine treatment, observation treatment group and control group before and after treatment clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and recent curative effect tracking. Results: the treatment group and control group clinical curative effect, the total effective rate is 96.10% and 85.00% respectively, compared to have significant difference (P < 0.05), the treatment group and the control group the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, the total effective rate is 90.22% and 65.13% respectively, compared to have significant difference (P < 0.05), two groups of adverse reactions are less, the recurrence rate is obviously higher than that of the control group in treatment group. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine in treating psoriasis vulgaris clinical curative effect definite, adverse reaction is small, and the recent curative effect is better in Chinese traditional medicine group, it is worth clinical further research and promotion.
