Abstract

Objective: hydroxyproline (Hyp) content and the number of fibroblasts (Fb) biopsy observations thus observed to determine the degree of healing of the Achilles tendon contrast , analysis of the passive rehabilitation (PE) combined with electric needle ( EN) integrated program for the treatment of tissue healing rabbit Achilles tendon injury (ATI) , from the perspective of molecular biology to reveal the mechanism of EN combined PE integrated program for the treatment of Achilles tendon injury . Method : a randomized controlled study , 24 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups , the treatment group, model group and model group 2 , n = 8 . Modeling of the animals in each group , the treatment group received \. After 14 days of treatment in the marginal ear vein injection of air 20ml animals were sacrificed . Were remotely close to the calcaneus and proximal Achilles tendon - muscle belly at the junction of the animals were killed immediately after cutting the Achilles tendon . Each specimen longitudinal half cut , take 1/2 of formalin (formalin) were fixed , so that made ??the number of fibroblasts (Fb) biopsy , the remaining specimens Press group quickly stored in - 70 ℃ refrigerator for detection of hydroxyproline (Hyp) content , and were used for statistical analysis , comparison , observation of the Achilles tendon to heal the degree of . Results: ( 1 ) Determination of hydroxyproline (Hyp) after treatment show: between the treatment group and the model group , the treatment group and the model group 2 contrast , there were significant differences (p <0.01); model group and model group 2 compared no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . 2 . After treatment into fiber cells (Fb) biopsy show : between the treatment group and the model group , the treatment group and the model group 2 compared both exists a significant difference ( p- < 0.01 ) ; model group 1 with the model group 2 comparison without significantly with sex difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion : 1. Observed experimentally : the same time , passive rehabilitation training (PE) binding electric needle ( EN ) can significantly promote the healing of the injured Achilles tendon , and significantly better than a single rehabilitation efficacy . 2 this experiment detected Hyp content of the treatment group and fibroblasts (Fb) the number is significantly higher than the model group , suggesting that the passive rehabilitation (PE) combination electric needle ( EN ) treatment helps to of injury Achilles tendon tissue recovery mechanism one may be to promote the generation of the collagen protein (CP) .
