Therefore, with the countryside environmental problems becoming more and more prominent day by day, now we should rely on the achievement of academic theories and the development of the society, absorb the correlation experience and the lesson on the urban development, utilize the time opportunity and the superiority of the new rural reconstruction fully, according to the reality of the countryside ,the agriculture and the peasants, reconstruct the countryside environmental morality, so as to provide a practical moral way to resolve the countryside environmental problems and develop the countryside environmental protection enterprise. The so-called countryside environmental morality, is the sum total of the moral emotion, the moral consciousness, the moral principle, the moral standard and the moral behavior and so on, that formed among the general peasants in the rural area to adjust the relations on the peasants and the nature, and the environmental benefits between peasants and others under a certain social history condition. The core includes the New Natural Value that the tool value and the goal value are unified harmoniously, and the Scientific Development View that requests setting human as the final aim, and persevering in a comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development. The basic principle is the Environmental Justice and the Ecocentrism. The main standards includ the followings: On the production, treasure the resources, be kind to the land and respect lives. On the living, protect the work achievement, recycle living trash and attach importance to the circulation use. On the consumption, promote reasonable consume, green consume and civilized consume. On the birth, control population, improve the quality, treat the sexes equally. The aim is to cultivate the ecology-person and launch the good life. In the practical way, it requests the general peasants to advance the production-method, the green living style, the reasonable procreation-method and green consumption-method. So as to make the peasants become eco-men, and realize the good life finally.
