Abstract


Interpretation predict the cognitive processes of reasoning , processing integration , translators based on known information on the new input of information analysis and judgment , and thus before the completion of the sentence of the speaker or speaker synchronization information analysis , this sentence the content of effective prediction ; forecast level in addition to language , the translator also chapter theme, content and purpose of the speaker before the start of the interpretation task effectively forecast . Predict the use of strategies for reducing the burden of interpreters to accelerate the speed of information processing , and improve the accuracy of interpretation has very important significance . This paper argues that the prediction is a very important step in the process of information processing , and trying to analyze its role in the same pass . Articles related to cognitive science theory , the Chernov information on the possibility of prediction model and Robin Setton language - the cognitive model as a theoretical framework to explain from the point of view of cognitive psychology to predict the possibility of simultaneous interpretation in its work mechanism. Based on the framework of these theories , the author tries to forecast predicted two categories are divided into language prediction and language knowledge and language knowledge of the forecasts from the morpheme , syntax, semantics , and the significance of the four levels of implementation , and the prediction of the linguistic knowledge can be carried out from three aspects of the chapter theme, content and purpose of the speaker . In order to verify the feasibility of the prediction strategy in simultaneous interpretation , the authors analyze a lot of simultaneous interpretation and foreign heads of state and leaders of international organizations in recent years , in a press conference and regional or international conference speech recording by linguistics , psychology learning and cognitive science theory analysis and appraisal of them one by one , results prove in simultaneous interpretation , the prediction strategy can effectively solve the problem of the structure of language differences , an interpreter at the same time can help reduce the burden . At the same time , the authors believe that the predictive ability as an important part of simultaneous interpretation skills , should attach importance to the interpretation training process and some tentative suggestions on how to improve the predictive ability of simultaneous interpretation .
