With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, the voice of the people to improve students' humanities gradually rising. One key factor is to improve students' humanities teachers to have higher humanities. However, teachers humanities situation is not optimistic. The purpose of this paper is in primary and secondary school teachers of humanities explore the system. Teachers of humanities teachers through a certain way, such as self-learning, knowledge transfer, environmental edification, social practice, the outstanding achievements of the human culture, and gradually internalized into its own personality, temperament, knowledge and self-cultivation, become relatively stable inherent spiritual qualities and psychological characteristics. Its main connotation of human caring, respect, understanding, and pay attention to the humanitarian and the ultimate concern of human character. From a professional point of view, it is especially respect for the personality of the students and teachers of the day-to-day teaching and management activities concern student growth. The teachers humanities structure can be divided into three parts, namely, humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirit and humanistic method. Human knowledge is a basic part of the teachers humanities, the human spirit teachers humanities core elements humanities teachers humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirit means realized. The humanities teachers has important value, including the two aspects of body value and instrumental value. Ontology value refers to the value of teachers 'development, the instrumental value refers to the value of teachers' professional growth. The three theoretical basis to improve teachers humanities: Chinese ancient history of educational thought, the Western modern humanistic educational theory, holistic education theory. Improve primary and secondary school teachers humanities are social development an urgent need for the new curriculum reform, teacher professional development, training students' healthy personality and cultural needs of the creation of a good school. The survey showed that, there are three basic questions: First, human knowledge poor teachers humanities; humanistic spirit lost; Third, the lack of humane method. This situation is mainly due to the objective and subjective aspects. Objective reasons, mainly the shackles of examination-oriented education, the heavy workload, the enormous psychological pressure, the influence of the social environment; subjective mainly due to neglect of learning, the narrow range of knowledge, not a strong sense of belonging vocational teachers reading too utilitarian. . The humanities should improve primary and secondary school teachers from five aspects: First, create a favorable policy environment; reform teacher education; enhance principals humanities; Fourth, to create a humanities campus; efforts of individual teachers.
