Based on open-ended interviews of employers and theory exploration, the authors abstracted the most important ability indexes and then compile the questionnaire of the employability of the Educational Technology. Through the survey of the students of Educational Technology in Nanchang, our study analyzed the differences between the students and the employers’performance on the indexes. The study found that there are significant differences between the students’ability and the expected ability of the employers on all indexes. As the important way of fostering the student’s employability, Curriculum should reconsider its mission. Based on the result of the questionnaire, our study explored the possible ways of Curriculum Provision to improve the students’employability, including the target of Curriculum Provision, material subjects, teaching methods, and so on. Our study just provide a thinking way of Curriculum Provision, expecting to nest the students’ potentiality to teaching. Our study exists several deficiency in Curriculum Provision, which need to embedded in the future research.
