Abstract


The traditional means of reconnaissance Unexpected Terrorism task is difficult to adapt to the border desert Gobi region , it is difficult to adapt to the modern modern wars under high-tech conditions . The face of the covert terrorist and fast-paced modern digital warfare , must go out of the traditional mode of observation , reconnaissance systems build digitization and automation , networking and integration of the individual soldier digitized -man reconnaissance efficiency , flexibility and survivability the ability to make anti-terrorism a means to further the development of high-tech direction , which is also in line with the general trend of the anti-terrorism technology development . To adapt to the fight against terrorism and the future of war need of Xinjiang zone , on the basis of analysis the traditional reconnaissance exist many deficiencies , the application of microcomputer technology , photovoltaic technology , GPS technology , digital communication technology and wireless transmission technologies such as develop a set of target information transmission , man reconnaissance and combat - related integration system, to achieve the battlefield targets quickly locate and processing , proposed a new man- the initialization day and night reconnaissance system . This article describes a man digitize day and night reconnaissance system development background and application situation at home and abroad , the demand for anti-terrorism combat man digitize day and night reconnaissance system , the system is mainly applied to the individual soldier in the Gobi desert in Xinjiang regional counter-terrorism and the future of digital warfare intelligence reconnaissance and access . The paper mainly elaborates the basic constitution of man digital surveillance system , the actual counter-terrorism operations to achieve the main functions and features . And the in-depth analysis and research on the theoretical basis and principles of the system to achieve given specific and system development and implementation of specific design and ideas .
