Methane gas accident is a major one that happens for the maximum times in coal mine. One of the key technologies of preventing gas accident is mine methane sensor technology.In the domestic coal technology market, existing methane sensors mainly have two kinds of electrochemical sensor as heat catalysis type and heat conduction type. In measurement, their sensing components will generate chemical reaction with methane and will be damaged for chemical reaction. This is the root cause why existing mine methane sensors have slow speed of response and short life and adjustment cycle.It researches on infrared gas measurement technique and puts forward temperature compensation algorithm based on Lambertbeer Law; it designs general-purpose type of sensor main board circuit and puts forward design principle of a machine serving several purposes and plug-and-play; it designs front end sensor circuit; it designs display circuit and remote-control receiving circuit; it designs infrared remote controller; Its main innovation points are to put forward general design principle of a machine serving several purposes and a machine having multi-functions; to put forward temperature compensation algorithm based on Lambertbeer Law; to overcome the influence of temperature on measuring results; to put forward mine CAN bus communication technology in the aspect of communication system.
