Abstract


Country-grid is in the end of the electric grid, it transmits power to user. So the electric power dispatching automation system’s frame and function are different from quarter Grid. Now the criterion and function of quarter Grid have been decided, but the country-grid’s construct model was in discussion. The author of this paper analyses the development trend of grid, computer and communications, then finds "dispatch-distribution-collecting incorporate" model for country-grid. Also in this paper the author investigate the construction object, design criterion and construction scheme of country’s dispatching automation system.In this paper, the author expatiate the dispatch-distribution-collecting incorporate system’s collectivity object of the electro-manager place of QuZhou and emphasis on "net incorporation", "database incorporation" and "man-machine interface incorporation". Then base on the practice, the system extend some function, such as "collecting-data network", "deep-seated alarm system", "environment-watching integration", "assistant-watch of running", also the author analyses the VQC system, provides the "collecting AVQC" adjusted model, it solve the distribution VQC system’s instability. The last, the author using no-fountainhead light technology connects the terminal-devices of distribution to the dispatch system, accumulates some experience of distribution automation.This work of this paper redound to integrate the multi-automation systems in country-grid, redound to extern the electric power dispatching automation system’s application, and it can advance the efficiency of automation system’s data. Because of the function’s integration, it reduces the investment of automation system in country-grid, also it reduces the maintenance of person, so it is propitious to spread.
