Abstract


In this paper, the lack of the traditional video surveillance systems , digital video compression codec technology , computer network communication technology , as well as Windows multi-threaded programming techniques rely on an analog surveillance system network transformation program . First , the original analog video surveillance system hardware components and functions of each part . The proposed transformation program is the use of the network controller NC (Network Controller) instead of analog surveillance system chassis . It then describes the overall design of the network video surveillance system after the transformation . Highlights the codec functions, and the system uses a camera protocol analysis . This paper designed a network monitoring system control flow , and camera control function modules . Analysis of existing camera control technology, combined with the characteristics of the video surveillance system , a new method of control of the camera , i.e. to achieve the control of the camera through the transparent passage of the encoder . Multi-threading technology to support multi-user concurrent operation . Rational use of multi-threading , we also propose an aging mechanism . Finally, we test from the functionality and performance of the system and evaluate . The test results show that the system can achieve the functions to be achieved in the needs analysis and performance indicators within the scope of the requirements .
