Abstract


γ radioimmunoassay counter radioimmunoassay method (RIA, referred to as radioimmunoassay , the main equipment of the same below) , radioimmunoassay using radioactively labeled substances , an analytical method with detection of the human body immune system is normal . A variety of disorders of the human body can be diagnosed using this method , very broad clinical application . But As γ RIA counter complexity , accuracy is not high defect exists , how to overcome their weaknesses and play a good sensitivity , cost-effective strengths is currently facing a major problem . This paper first introduces a radioimmunoassay measurement of the basic principles and the architecture of the whole measurement system is given based on the transmission of measurement data to the hospital information system in two design schemes . Secondly, mathematical derivation of the mathematical model used by the software , and to achieve its universal programming interface and workflow , quality control and instrument calibration and use of mathematical models summarized . Finally, the reliability of the software design and human-computer interface design principles are described , and sample code fragment given some reliability design . Shows a part of the effects of the man-machine interface design . Gamma RIA counter PC software through the implementation of this project , the reliable control of the lower machine work , taking fully into account the software easy to use , greatly improving the gamma RIA counter market competitiveness .
