Abstract


Circulated fluidized bed boiler (CFBB), owing to its excellent effectiveness and clean combustion technique, is a promising developing trend in China. And how to control the CFBB effectively has become one of the hot subjects in automatic control field. With the fast development of artificial intelligence (AI), automatic control and computer techniques, various CFBB models as well as analysis and synthesis methods come up. On the other hand, new theories and research achievements have been published in recent year, and their applications in engineering have shown their tremendous powers and huge potentials.The dissertation mainly studies the desulphurization control technique of CFBB, elaborates the calcium-adding desulphurization mechanism process, and establishes the theoretical mathematic model of desulphurization process. Based on these work, we devise a set of intelligent control algorithm to deal with the process. Simulation results indicate that, the model and algorithm proposed in this dissertation have greater robustness and liability, thus, can be applied in practical control in desulphurization process of CFBB.The main contents of the paper can be summarized as follow:1. We made an overview on the CFBB, including CFBB’s characteristics, history, desulphurization requirements and status quo, and pointed out the difficulties and problems existing in theory research and practical use in the field. In the end, we made a concise introduction of the future research direction and development policy on desulphurization control techniques of CFBB.2. By analyzing the calcium-adding desulphurization mechanism of 75 ton CFBB in detail, the mathematic model of desulphurization process is established.3. Considering the CFBB’s characteristics, proposes a fuzzy-PID control algorithm, and elaborates its principle, structure and design approach.4. According to the mechanism of FBD modules, which are generated from SunnyPCC500E integrated controller, two methods of the fuzzy-PID control algorithm are realized, and simulations of algorithm modules are also verified.5. The mainframe and component units of flue gas monitoring and desulphurization control system of CFBB, which take SunnyPCC500E integrated controller as core equipment, are presented, and the calling of fuzzy-PID algorithm modules are realized by the main program of the monitoring system.
