In order to evaluate the target detection and tracking algorithm, compare and test the corresponding image tracking performance, analysis and find out design flaws so as to improve the integrated performance and develop a higher level image-guided tracking devices, we study and have a realization of a virtual scene generator system on the basis of image measurement. This article gives a briefly introduce about image measurement method and the principle of the virtual scene generator system, focus on video processing methods on windows platform, and find out the solution for two-way synchronized input and output. The article consists of two parts: in the first part, we complete the data record module with OpenGL, saved the complex motion both of the warship and the helicopter during the landing process. In the next part, we realize the display module based on DirectShow SDK, and resolve the issues of communication between these two modules. In the end, we implement a system that achieves the expect design requirements.
