Abstract


Oil-water two-phase flow measurement has important applications in many industries , especially oil , mining and transport phase holdup . Complex, due to the exploitation of crude oil environment and the different nature of each phase components for the measurement of oil-water two-phase holdup is still an active research direction . The basis of this article is the main goal , to achieve a low oil phase containing oil-water two-phase flow rate measurement methods in the analysis of the state of development of the two-phase flow detection technology at home and abroad , the summary of the existing two-phase flow measurement technology phase holdup the key is on , in-depth study of oil-water two-phase flow based on the principle of thermal diffusion phase holdup measurement methods , and factors affecting the error analysis to solve the oil phase holdup , come to improve the measurement accuracy of the oil phase holdup heater the accurate measurement of the temperature difference between the downstream conclusions. Access to relevant information , and experimental studies to construct the phase holdup measurement system based on the oil-water two-phase flow thermal diffusion method . Complete the selection, design of the heater and temperature sensor based on the hardware and software structure of the platinum resistance temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature sensor , and compared to the accurate measurement of the heat capacity for oil . Fluent simulation of the measurement system of the thermal field in the pipeline is heated and combined with actual flow , ultimately determine the measurement system the measured position of the downstream temperature sensor , at a distance of the heater tip 500mm at the top , and further enrich the thermal diffusion type oil and water two-phase flow of oil rate measurement program . Finally, a large number of experiments in the laboratory . Through improved experimental conditions, improve the the thermoelectric measurement techniques and error correction method will eventually measure the oil content of the basic absolute error controlled within ± 5% , the initial realization of the design goals of the system .
