Abstract


With the development of domestic e-business and improvement of enterprises informationization, more and more people are inclined to gain news from the internet. When people stated talking about such e-business as B2B and B2C, internet has become a fresh and mature media and gone into every field in the world. The great deal of news, pictures, videos, advertisements on the network have enabled internet to become another information source, from which people’s knowledge is obtained, besides paper media, broadcast and television. Compared with those earlier media, the advantage of internet is that users can not only receive information but also can make feedback and establish their own information release system. Making full use of great processing ability of computer and taking advantage of the character of fast connection and telecommunication, network news release system combines traditional news transfer pattern and advanced computer technology and net technology together and takes place of traditional news release system, improves transmission speed and efficiency.News management system is a whole site management system based on news release and content management. News release system is a system based on B/S pattern, it can organize disorderly and unsystematic information (including texts, pictures, audios and videos) and display them to everyone orderly. News management system is the main function of network news media, it can realize the function of classification, uploading, audit and release. This process simulates the release process of general news media. These functions can be respectively realized through different user accounts with different authorizations and of course, they can be realized through one certain account. The significance of news management system is, first, it provides a function of news management and release; second, current news release system requires inter-activity between media and common users or between users; they can easily participate new poll or make some comment on news. News management system of Changchun Water Group is a three-layer news release system based on B/S pattern. The three-layer structure is: browser-Web server-database server; ASP, VBSscript, SQL Server, IIS were used as development platform, ODBC technology was used as visit and database transplant tool and ASP technology was used as measures of network dynamic application. The Web server is IIS, database is SQL 2000 and development tool is mainly Dreamweaver8. It can be operated on Windows 2000 server.The characteristics of news management system of Changchun Water Group are: 1. Page modularization: this system adopt modularization process on its interface design, thus there is no need to re-write when these similar pages were developed, which improved development efficiency. 2.the application of news template: the news code for the system were all based on news template, when some necessary news information is input, news template was modified automatically and news files were created through groupware technology. This can not only standardize news file format but also facilitates news search and consequently save the manpower and labor power, which shows the timeliness of news. 3. Application of groupware technology: when news file are created by this system, groupware technology is used, news name is automatically created according to system time and file creation and deleting are done by ISS groupware. Online E-mail sending can be realized in the news review.The classification, uploading, audit, and release of news information can be realized through a page in new management system of Changchun Water Group. The realizing process of every separate page in the system is discussed respectively:1. The realization of head file and end file. The same head and end file of interface are created as two modules and the codes can be transferred when the codes are needed by relative pages. This improves re-use of the code.2. Information display of main columns. The display of first page is to show every column on the homepage. Each column in the page is in correspondence with a record collection and related information is read through background database. This column information in the database is displayed in the web pages. This simplifies modification to the column information and design and enables administrator to take care of the site easily.3. Display of new: information of every piece of news can be displayed separately through open.asp.4. News searching: When keywords are input in the searching frame, searching function lists the required news titles.5. News review: visitors may be interested in a certain piece of news when browsing news on the website, and he may also want to make some comments or gives his opinions to the news.6. The design and realization of management interface: As a news management system, the most important function is to add, delete or modify news. Management interface is a platform to manage news system.7. Adding, deleting and modification to the column design of news function. When adding, deleting and modifying news, background management is a vital and necessary function. It realizes the function of editing by administrator in the news management system. News can be displayed on the webpage orderly only if it is well organized.In a word, with the improvement of informationization in China, more and more people are inclined to get news on the internet. The essentiality of news management in the media becomes greater and greater. This system makes a trial. Both success and bug are co-existing in the system and it needs to be improved.
