Abstract


Grating wavefront curvature sensor is a novel promising sensor system , this sensor grating and short focal length lens in close contact with the use of secondary distorted wavefront curvature measurements and phase of the recovery , the principle is simple , easy to operate , in line with the wavefront sensing the direction of development of the technology , have a great advantage in the application . This paper first introduces the research background and history of the development of the wave-front sensor , highlight the principle of grating curvature sensor framework design and wavefront restoration algorithms . The second chapter describes the wavefront curvature sensor recovery algorithms , especially ITE equation solutions in the Green's function of the Neumann boundary conditions wavefront recovery . Optimize the sound based on the Green's function method of Neumann boundary conditions , and applied to the restoration of wavefront . Recovery algorithm program compilation process , the application of hybrid programming interface program , collecting data image spot set , system calibration operation , and the acquisition of image data analysis and processing , the whole process is easy . Finally , by the wavefront measurement experiments to verify the availability of the compiler , the results obtained with other sensors, measurement values ??were compared and analyzed , the focus error generated by the software in the measurement process .
