Abstract


Nowadays telecommunication network and Internet is increasingly converged, in which a great number of resources and services are deployed. Therefore, it is an open problem to effectively share these resources and services. Traditional telecommunication applications are typical distributed and scatteredly deployed throughout the network. However current telecommunication applications are normally open, dynamic, personalizd, service composition. Obviously, to develop such system need novel and effective technology. Agent-Oriented software development technology is a new paradigm which is based on concepts such as agent, multi-agent, high-level interaction, etc and has merits such as high level abstraction, natual modeling and complexity control. It provides a new way for developing complex system with above characteristics.This thesis introduces the analysis, modeling, design, implementation, deployment of a personal assistant agent (PAA). The software system is developed with the aid of agent-oriented software development technology, especially Prometheus and JadexT that is developed for telecommunication applications by us. PAA has characteristics such as distribution, individual service, automatic service and service integration. It supports not only semantic interactions based on FIPA ACL but also data interaction based on SIP. This thesis imports the software Agent technology into the PAA and introduces its analysis, modeling, design implementation, deployment in detail. Finally the software prototype and applicational casees are presented.
