The study of complex networks is an important branch of the complexity of the science, and it provides a new perspective for the Study of Complex Systems. Recent years, with some of the universal nature of the real network, such as small-world and scale-free characteristics found, aroused the interest of the scientific community on a wide range of complex network research, to become an emerging interdisciplinary research focus. Similarly, in the military field, the use of the latest theories and results of the study of complex networks, research network warfare of the information age, is being more and more attention. Due to the complex nature of the war, the war system has not simple and can not use the traditional reductionist method. Combat system evaluation problem instance of the command and control organization for the military field, the paper mainly try to take advantage of the network topology to abstract and describe combat system, research operations network optimization method and its combat effectiveness assessment methods, in order to build combat troops reasonable allegations The system provides effective recommendations. First, this paper briefly complicated and complex network of relationships, complex networks Research Survey and Research in the military field, pointed out that the use of network analysis methods to study the complexity of important significance of the war. Second, we discuss several typical complex network model can be used for combat systems modeling, including: rule model, stochastic model, small world model, scale model, from the average path length, clustering coefficient, degree distribution, analysis of the characteristics of these models. Using MATLAB language to achieve a simplified BA network model, focusing on the effects of model scale-free characteristics. Third, the the military system network modeling and analysis method - FINC method. Pointed out that the method is a linear analysis method, consider the nonlinear factors in the battlefield environment and combat systems, made on a reasonable improvement. Topology optimization for static military organization model and improved method and system performance analysis. Fourth, the basic idea of ??the FINC method used in combat simulation scenarios proposed four kinds typical C ~ 4ISR, the system topology model, are as follows: a centralized model, distributed model, information sharing centralized model, the distribution of information sharing -model. The damage effect of the target as the evaluation metrics, a comparative evaluation of the performance of four models using Multi-Agent Simulation software MASON. Obtained by comparison with the analysis of the experimental results, a reasonable construction of the revelation of the military accused of organizations.
