The layout and management of corporate globalization has brought new challenges for the design and implementation of distributed software systems. The key factors to respond quickly to changes in business needs to become a key factor for success in the enterprise-class software systems, but also reflect the competitiveness of enterprises. Today's market demand changes frequently, so the software system in real time to reflect changes in, and make a timely response to the changes. The business rule proposes to speed up the implementation of the software system, and simplify the maintenance of the system, to enhance the adaptive capacity of the system. But this field of business rules is no standard technology to express and execute business rules stored in a different rule base, there is no corresponding rules of protocol or technical support remote execution and deployment. These factors affect the business rules in the application of distributed software systems, hindering the development of distributed software systems, business rules become the focus of the study of distributed software systems. Distributed enterprise systems to meet the requirements of the performance, flexibility, scalability, reusability, the focus on the basic principles and techniques of the business rules engine, as well as the currently popular rule engine research and analysis, and Rules agent based on a service-oriented business rules engine system due to the current lack of support for the increasingly common application of distributed business application software systems, based on business rules on the basis of the WS-Coordination agent construct a rule system that supports distributed processing and multi-rules engine. The main work of this paper is divided into the following areas: (1) research and analysis of the basic principles of the rule engine technology, as well as the currently popular open source rules engine Drools application. (2) In view of the absence of uniform standards in the field of rule engine, a business rule agents, multiple business rules engine integration with a unified interface, and the ability to automatically generate the corresponding Web services based on business rules, automatic deployment to the application . (3) before agent based on business rules, proposed rules meet the distributed processing requirements of distributed systems, including coordination of services is a core part of the rules system communication process, based on the WS-Coordination specification created listening coordinator node, and described its work and the communication process.
