The traditional embedded GIS (Embedded Geography Information System) is generally based on the file system in the form of its integrated functionality to complete the processing of spatial data and attribute data. However, with the expanding field of embedded GIS applications, the queries raised by the people more and more complex requirements. StarSDB is an embedded spatial database systems research group based on independent research and development of open-source embedded relational database SQLite. StarSDB mainly include the mapping of spatial data, spatial indexing, spatial query, the query object the parsing and space of five functional modules of data objects. The mapping of spatial data and spatial index part of the study has been completed. This paper, research and development StarSDB spatial query, the query object parsing and spatial data object technology, design and StarSDB embedded integrated spatial database query system. The key to solve the problem is: how spatial data mapping and spatial index based on the query based on user input, complete integrated query spatial data and attribute data. This completed work and research are as follows: 1. Expansion on the basis of the standard SQL queries on spatial data users of spatial data and attribute data comprehensive investigation Xun the interface - EGSQL language. Have a good system compatibility and scalability. Different system of spatial data and attribute data processing sequence proposed and designed to achieve a the three embedded spatial database query algorithms: query algorithm first attribute serial search algorithms, the first space serial and parallel query algorithm. The experiments show that the parallel query algorithm under linux POSIX multi-threaded programming techniques has a higher query efficiency and better portability than the previous two algorithms. For StarSDB integrated query system provides a viable and efficient execution scheduling policy. 3 Design and to achieve EGSQL Query Analyzer. By EGSQL language parsing, query decomposition and execution scheduling analysis, parsing and execution of EGSQL language accurate and efficient, able to complete the complex spatial queries. Finally, based on the instance of an application the QGIS-minus (based on the well-known open source software QGIS independent research and development of an embedded GIS application software) integrated query system StarSDB performance evaluation. The test results show that the integrated query system query in StarSDB developed fully functional, memory space share smaller, faster query response, storage resources and computing resources to meet the strict requirements of embedded GIS application requirements, has a good practical promotional value.
