Abstract


Using the optical technique to measure the shape of large-diameter deployable antenna can achieve the non-contact measurement fleetly and can present the real-time and quasi-real-time measurement result with high precision. The method has much excellence, such as, big full scale, high precision, fleet measurement, high automatic degree, small work intensity and it has no special demands of the antenna’s pose. Therefore, optical measurement has great advantage and developmental foreground in the installation and detection of modern large-diameter antenna, and the research on using optical technique to measure the profile of large-diameter antenna has practical meanings.In this paper, the work concentrates on the camera calibration and the feature sign’s coding, recognition and orientation which are parts of the optical measurement of large-diameter deployable antenna’s shape, and the measurement project design of whole experiment is presented. The work of the dissertation is summarized as follows:1、A method for camera calibration from a single image with six skew control lines is actualized, and the digital and practical simulation experiments are carried out respectively. And the elementary discussion of a based-on-line method to solve the camera distortion coefficient is presented.2、The coding and recognition of the feature sign, and some methods of image pretreatment for feature recognition are studied and analysed. And the recognition of numerical character is achieved respectively by the method of template matching and the method of feature,and the recognition result and analysis are presented.3、The algorithm of orientation for the circle sign and the opposite vertical angle sign is researched and achieved, and the method is validated by simulation experiment.4、The collectivity design of the experiment project of large-diameter deployable antenna’s shape is presented.
