The ocean moving target the imaging reconnaissance mission planning the tactical application context , considering user needs and constraints of the satellite and space-borne sensors reasonable allocation of the imaging reconnaissance satellites and space-borne sensors resources satellite reconnaissance plan to meet user real-time or near real-time marine target intelligence needs . In this paper, based on research imaging reconnaissance satellite works and marine mobile target characteristics , explore moving target motion prediction method and set of candidate reconnaissance and observation activities constructor to establish the model of the planning problem given solution algorithm in the application example the validation instructions . The main work and the content is as follows: First, the imaging satellite works and marine mobile target characteristics , elaborated on the characteristics of the marine moving target the imaging reconnaissance mission planning in the context of combat applications . These characteristics , the paper first build a the ocean moving target potential area ( software STK ), based on the goal of a priori information , and to establish a predictive model of the target movement . Constructed facing the ocean moving target candidate reconnaissance and observation activities in the collection process , the design of the dynamic calculation of the potential region of the visible time window , type judgment method of moving target reconnaissance mission . Secondly , based on planning pretreatment learn the basic idea in search of one of the moving target detection probability as an important measure of the imaging satellite mobile target reconnaissance . Low resolution imaging reconnaissance time , the calculation method based on analytic geometry , the establishment of the objective function for the moving target detection probability largest planning models , and design the greedy algorithm is solved . In addition, high resolution imaging reconnaissance time grid space - based approach , the establishment of the objective function is a moving target found probability and reconnaissance coverage area planning model and design a genetic algorithm . Finally , in the instance of research applications , design scenarios STK simulation and calculation tools Matlab verify instructions above research planning software .
