Abstract


With the rapid development of semiconductor technology,more Logic resources are integrated in Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA).Especially,the birth of platform FPGA in which embedded MPU makes it possible to design a System of Chip on FPGA,which is called SOPC as well.Compared to board-class system,SOPC stands out because of its little power dissipation,little volume, much reliability,reconfigurable etc.While compared to customized SOC,SOPC has much advantage,such as save developing cost and time,hardware and software re-programmable,flexible etc.So,SOPC becomes popular in electric design domain nowadays.It was to research of infrared image based on sopc under the application blackground of precise controlling & guiding missile.Little target detecting system is a important portion of precise controlling & guiding missile information processing system.In this paper,it researched DPA arithmetic firstly,analysed its characteristic and required resource.And then brought forward SOPC solution of little target detector based on Virtex-4 FPGA in which was embedded PowerPC405 MPU hard core.And took advantage of software & hardware designing simultaneity technology and IP core reusing technology,completed the design of little target detecting system.According to the debugging result,the little target detecting system based on SOPC realized real-time detecting successfully,whose performance met the desire of precise controlling & guiding missile information processing system.
