Abstract


Information management is an important question for the development of model enterprises. To meet the rapidly changed market requirement, fast improved information technology and so many new management theories, it is important to improve the competence of meeting emergencies and competition. Thus, it becomes a critical task how mould production enterprise can build a suitable management information system.The study mainly focus on real instance that the development and implement of the management information system of mould production department of F enterprise. Firstly, based on the information actuality of the department, the information system used now in different department of the enterprise is analyzed and the weaknesses of it are pointed out. Then development aim and requirement of a new system is proposed according to the development of MIS and requirement of enterprise applying. The framework model of MIS development is proposed based on the analyzing and optimizing of the enterprise organization structure and operation flow.Designed the business model, the functional model , the information model and carried on the database design, the table list design. Focused on the modules introductions of the order management, the planning control, the design assembly, and themanagement. Finally, introduced the application examples of the implementation of management information systems and materials procurement module.Whole processes of MIS development are studied including system actuality analysis, organization architecture analysis, process reengineering, system programming, system module development and the connection with other systems. This paper is an effective exploration for the informationization of module production enterprise through the combination of theories with practices.
