Abstract

Cycloid planetary transmission with a gear ratio range, compact structure, high reliability and significant features, and thus to obtain a wide range of applications, including the transmission of the latest developments in the world today is the FA type cycloid planetary drive (referred to as the FA needle swing transmission) reducer. FA-type cycloid drive can effectively overcome the lack of traditional structure, in addition to the universal transmission of high load bearing applications are being more and more applications in the industrial robots drive. When the FA the zigzag transmission used in high-precision control of the transmission system, the robot drive rotary errors require a relatively high, cycloidal tooth profile modification requirements precisely. The theories and methods of the tooth surface modification confidential foreign core technologies, previous research by \, but the modification was not perfect for high-precision requirements drive. High rotary precision requirements based on the analysis of research on negative equidistant positive shift away from the \predetermined rotational angle even up to the rotational angle of zero, the tooth profile obtained is called \In this paper, in considering needle teeth needle teeth shell gap exists between the case of needle teeth and cycloidal gear dynamic mechanical analysis, and preparation of the arched tooth profile tooth shape optimization and stress analysis program and example calculations. In addition, the output mechanism of cycloid wheel force analysis found that, due to the column pin cantilever structure, its strength and stiffness are much more restricted, therefore, based on previous experience, using both set out the thinking of the ring mechanism. And add are set out the ring mechanism before and after the stress analysis, by comparing the increase are set out in the ring after increased stiffness and strength of the output, thereby increasing the carrying capacity of the machine. And finite element analysis software ANSYS, the output of the finite element model, finite element analysis and calculation. Validated by comparing the theoretical analysis. Cycloid wheel of high-precision drive using Pro / E, a three-dimensional modeling, and engineering drawing using AutoCAD, good preparations for the manufacture of the prototype.
