Abstract


The initiation of the real estate industry due to the needs of the real estate market , but also because of its own special role to promote active and prosperity of the real estate market . Especially associated data mining techniques in the analysis of the real estate agency , no doubt , many aspects of the real estate agency information resources development and utilization , auxiliary and operating decisions , provide a great theoretical and technical support . Aspects to the field of theoretical analysis , the use and development needs of the combined use of information sharing and technology integration combining real estate agency management information , real estate agency information resources development and utilization , as well as real estate intermediary customer satisfaction maximization in-depth research . Japan 's Tokyu real estate agency management , focusing on the establishment of Japan 's Tokyu real estate agency management information system and its database is to use CRM technology , information processing technology , especially the use of relational data mining (Data mining DM) technology transaction information for the system excavation , all-round grasp the characteristics of the customers , improve customer relationships , improve business efficiency . So as to achieve a based on the CRM infrastructure data mining in the real estate industry 's applications , this article from the different levels and use different algorithms , such as : Apriori algorithm , FP growth algorithm , respectively, the system transaction information and successful transaction carried affiliated data mining, real estate agent companies have a new understanding of customer needs and provide good support and the basis for the enterprise customer management and management decision-making .
