Abstract


Enterprises gradually shift from a product-centric management mechanism for the management of customer-centric mechanism , customer relationship management emerged . Customer Relationship Management IT enterprise customer resource management , and its core is a \Customer Relationship Management has become one of the most effective measures for enterprises to improve customer satisfaction , improve customer relations , decision support , thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises . Data mining is potentially useful information and knowledge of the technology found in the data . The use of customer data resources , data mining techniques to customer relationship management , to more fully and more accurately discover valuable information , auxiliary enterprise decision management . This paper discusses the application of data mining techniques in customer relationship management system . Customer relationship management in the application of China's tourism industry is still small , this paper draws on mature and advanced customer relationship management theory , combined with the current situation of China's current tourism , in-depth analysis of data mining in the tourism customer relationship management system application , proposed based on the data mining technology travel customer relationship management system flexible multi-tier architecture , network architecture and business process diagrams . Thesis on the part of the customer relationship management system applied data mining techniques for in-depth analysis , selection algorithm based on the goal of customer segmentation , the characteristics of the data , as well as the advantages and disadvantages of data mining algorithms , and the use of decision tree technology selected the C4.5 algorithm customer segmentation data mining in the tourism customer relationship management system to do the exploratory study , by clustering algorithm to achieve customer retention .
