Abstract


With the expanding range of applications for embedded systems , embedded software testing more and more attention . This paper focuses on the automated testing of embedded software , application test cases automatically generated code into the technical design of a set of common used in embedded software, automated testing program to solve the problem for automated testing of binary code . This paper studies the automated testing technology , combined with the special requirements of the embedded software testing , model and test results of three applied to embedded software automated test case generation program transfer and storage model . In order to achieve that will be used for the purpose of testing the code inserted into the program under test , code into technical design and code into binary code tools , the tools without changing the program itself is the premise of the logical structure , replaced by code the way to move a small amount of the original program code to the the idle code segment in the memory of the system under test , and test auxiliary code simultaneously implanted idle code segment , in order to achieve the purpose of the test auxiliary code and the measured code with the system under test run . Demand for practical application , test cases automatically generate code implant technology , test case generation module for auxiliary code into the binary code test coverage analysis , be modified to run actual system measured code to complete the process of automatic test . Proven to achieve the results of the test program to meet the target , to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the test design .
