Abstract


Proceed from the practical application of the design of embedded communications processor hardware platform , and a guide , transplantation , as well as application development platform system software , and ultimately this communication processor serial communication and network communication function . Detailed analysis of the first embedded communications processor functions and multi- serial port expansion method , this communication processor hardware platform design , the related circuit detailed design ; then based on the platform of embedded - the μClinux the kernel function, cutting methods , and transplantation process ; then build a software development environment for embedded μClinux were modified accordingly , Boot Loader source and μClinux source , based on the functionality of the hardware environment and communications processors Boot Loader and μClinux kernel customization , transplantation , download the image and run ; then details the basic concepts and framework design , device driver driver RS232 serial and Ethernet interfaces two key modules ; Finally , for applications software , this article uses a multi-process mechanism to achieve a multi- serial communication and network communication , gives the detailed design and implementation process of the application software . The communication processor design and implementation of this article has been commissioning completed and put into practical operation . The running results show that the software and hardware designed to meet the practical requirements .
