Gradually from the fashionable slogan into reality as mobile commerce , mobile application security issues increasingly become the focus of attention of the mobile users and mobile application developers . As a mainstream mobile application development platform , J2ME (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition) provides a lot of API , to support the development of mobile applications . However , in many of the API , but no can be used to meet the needs of API application security . Such as encryption and decryption API, signature and validation API . J2ME platform for mobile applications, the lack of security support , makes it very difficult to meet the security requirements of the application under development . In order to meet the security needs of the application , mobile application developers must be able to access the program level encryption algorithm . The main work of this article is on the J2ME platform for encryption and decryption , verify signatures API , J2ME platform to improve the security of mobile application support . First, an overview of security issues in mobile applications , and knowledge of J2ME platform , J2ME platform poor application security supportive . Followed by analysis of the J2ME platform existing security support to achieve security through the use of third-party security tools , algorithms support class API , J2ME platform to improve application security support program . Next J2ME platform encryption and decryption and signature verification API . Finally , to further discuss the the J2ME platform support for application security , elliptic curve cryptography (Ellipse Curve Cryptography, ECC) algorithm to achieve on the J2ME platform design .
