The rapid development of database technology and database management system widely used in the real estate industry , resulting in accumulated more and more data of various departments . Although the current database technology can be efficiently implemented data query , statistics and other functions , but can not find the relationship that exists in the data and rules . The real estate business as one of the main activities of the real estate industry , from the flood of data mining useful knowledge , rapid potential parties to the transaction \In this paper, starting from the actual depth research on data mining for the classification of one of the core algorithm - decision tree method . Through comparative analysis , select the ID3 decision tree algorithm to solve this problem . Attribute - value and practical application of the twice gain optimization algorithm to solve the problem of ID3 algorithm value bias , the same instance of the real estate agents listing information set ID3 algorithm and optimization algorithm to establish decision tree to generate the form \Experimental use attribute - value pairs twice the gain to optimize the decision tree algorithm than the ID3 algorithm is closer to the ideal decision tree classification accuracy rate is higher . The optimization algorithm for Agents Listing information analysis , attribute characteristics can be based on the availability of information to more accurately classify a large number of listing information , whether a listing transaction reasonably predict the probability of success , more scientific to guide the real estate business to discover the potential customers in the real estate business .
