Abstract


Based on GPS / GIS / GSM vehicle monitoring system is built on the GPS, GIS and GSM communication technology based on achieve the car RMON , unified management information system , its Intelligent Transportation System and Automatic Vehicle Location System role in promoting. At present , China's auto market is in a stage of rapid development , China 's wireless communications career in a stage of rapid development . Of this thesis is to be completed in this context . This paper briefly introduces the composition of an on-board monitoring system , and focuses on the design and implementation of the monitoring center communication server platform . Taking into account the system 's versatility and scalability , the monitoring center communication server platform to take the modular structure design methods , each independent functional modules between the definition of a clear data structure and interface functions , making the software platform based on user need to facilitate adjustment. The software platform is under Windows2000 using VisualC 6.0 programming .
