Abstract


Direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system (DDVC) AC servo motor technology in the field of hydraulic applications. This new servo system has the characteristics of both motor is easy to control and large hydraulic contribute, and no throttle, overflow losses and higher utilization of its energy in the frequency response less demanding situations, you can replace the traditional Valve Regulated electro-hydraulic servo system, to achieve the purpose of energy efficient. A lot of the literature shows that the more mature: the United States, Japan and other countries of the direct-drive system has been applied to a number of related areas, certain economic benefits. But the dynamics of the system is not good it the applications under great constraints, but more of a direct drive system focused on the application of the system in actual engineering, the lack of system performance improvements, and researchers less direct drive pressure control system, which directly limit the promotion of the direct-drive system in the field of engineering, and therefore continue to carry out in-depth studies of the direct drive position and pressure control system, have important academic value and broad application prospects. Comparative analysis of traditional electro-hydraulic servo system with direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system of the direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo system works, the composition and characteristics. The detailed analysis of the various parts of the system after the establishment of a mathematical model of the direct drive position control and pressure control system, and both open-loop frequency characteristics and stability analysis.
