With the rapid development of the network and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy , e-learning to become a very important way of learning . Although many advantages of efficiency , convenience and affordable by the majority of learners of all ages , but in teaching mode , Exam update speed flawed , but specifically for the corporate staff training, online learning system development is not mature. Training for employees , a mobile learning system was designed and implemented . Thesis based on the theoretical analysis of the MVC pattern and the Struts framework , summarized the design goals of the system , the completion of a needs analysis ; build a system architecture based on Struts framework , database and page design a system model ; detailed description of the MVC pattern Upload to resolve the key technologies of the module in the system implementation process as well as mobile e-mail to learn and CSV files ; final system test . Currently , the system has been successfully applied in the field of employee training . Proven , this system compared with the online learning system has the following advantages : ① CSV file upload resolve to achieve the exam batch update ; learning function ( 2 ) by mail to mobile phone users , truly anytime, anywhere learning . In the next step of the work will be considered in the phone to send a message , add a picture attachment ; course video commentary , in order to improve the availability and integrity of the system , and enhance market competitiveness .
