Today , our society is in the information age , basic education is also facing the impact of the wave of information technology . The knowledge of the structure and capabilities of literacy education information systems engineering as a direct relationship to the future talent is an important measure of the implementation of quality education . The face of the manpower requirements of the information age , teachers facing unprecedented challenges and impact , as ordinary citizens of the information society , more as a disseminator of knowledge , teachers must face now face new challenges in the information society , timely adjust their positioning strive to improve their information literacy . School teachers only have good information literacy in order to meet the needs of the information technology education and curriculum reform , in order to update the concept of education , to accept the new teaching mode and teaching methods in order to better play to the functions of IT , so IT in education get better applications , in order to optimize the teaching process , improve the quality of teaching . In this study, system theory , learning theory , psychological theory of adult learning , teachers' professional development theory as the theoretical basis using a literature analysis , three research methods of interviews, questionnaires , survey Yichun City eight primary and secondary schools 270 in-service teachers for the research sample , carried out an extensive survey around the teachers' information literacy , information literacy for primary and secondary school teachers in Yichun City status quo . In this study, fully grasp teacher information literacy at home and abroad on the basis of Yichun City primary and secondary school teachers information literacy now like the theory and practice of research , from the teachers' sense of information literacy , information, knowledge , literacy , information capacity literacy , ethical literacy and teachers to use information technology teaching in-depth analysis of the survey results , found that five major factors restricting the promotion of primary and secondary school teachers in Yichun City information literacy , combined with the actual situation of the local proposed to improve primary and secondary school teachers information literacy corresponding strategy.
